Agreed... but what's your point?  I'm saying that there's no way to prove
guilt if a seller imposes a handling charge on a sale.  Provided they find
out that a buyer is paying with PayPal before quoting a S&H price, there's
no way to prove that they're adding the S&H charge only because the buyer
is using PayPal.
