Bill, Maybe you need to stop assuming that snow is a good thing to make pictures of? I *strongly* renew my recommendation of the chapter in David Hurn and Bill Jay's book _On Being a Photographer_ called "Selecting a Subject." It is only ten pages long, but there is a great deal of wisdom in those ten pages. Sounds to me like you haven't found your subject. --Mike
