We're going to have to see just how small the 4/3 cameras are. The lenses should be smaller. The will add credibility to the concept of small DSLRs. Just as in film SLRs, from once upon a time, not everyone wanted a F2 sized camera.
There could very well be just as many, if not more, Olympus brand MF lenses as Pentax ones, but no AF ones. Olympus doesn't make any real connection between their film SLRs and digital cameras.

I also think, that there are more old Pentax lenses (MF+AF) than Olympus lenses and you can start your pentax system without buying new lenses (of cours, if you are already pentax user)
