For full-frame viewing I use a Rodenstock 3x loupe with 6x6 coverage. I bought it primarily for my 6x7 slides but its also good for 35mm. I don't remember what it cost me, and I don't want to remember. But its worth every cent, however much it was ;) I use a Horizon 10x for looking at details.
