Kodak doesn't make the chips in their own DSLR, I don't think this is
likely.  They probably own the intellectual property.

I did a little poking around and it seems that Fuji has signed on as
well. I would suspect the actual chip in the Olympus will be made by
Kodak.

That system would get very interesting if Fuji released some lenses
for it.
