Mike made some valuable contributions to the list. Some people have also taken some of his posts as pompous.
He hasn't been on this list that long, and when he tells us 'the caveman' is a bad guy and a newcomer he's full of it. Can he say 'Lens Gallery'?!!! Valentine (aka 'the caveman') was here 5 years ago poking fun at Pal's constant posting of 'the new Pentax flagship is just around the corner, I have inside information'. The flame wars were extraordinary. And in the meantime, 'the caveman' built a place on the web for all of us to look at examples from various lenses. Fred Wasti just moved it to a new server this year. The point is, Valentine is a long-standing member of this list with just as valuable contributions as Mike's. (He's just been quiet as he moved from a cave in Transilvania to a new place in Canada. <g> ) Mike needs to take some time off.
