According to what I consider a reliable source, NO ONE at Pentax USA >knows, or has heard anything about, a KAF3 mount.
I'm not surprised. They usually doesn't know a thing before the product is ready to be released. Pentax Japan is famous for having the tightest lips in history, and they are very bad at releasing information to their distributors.
