No, I am afraid that no additional information will help in this case...:)
No, nothing historically significant to it. I also chose not to mention anything about
the context in my comments, for a reason. Whatever I want this picture to convey, it
really hasn't got anything to do with the time and place and particular events around
it. In retrospect I think I should have left it with "No title".
It's not that I want to be too secret about it, it's just that (in this case) I'd
prefer to have the picture being watched without leading the viewer into any
particular direction as far as interpretation goes. (Because of this I could have left
out the place and time in the title.)
