I think perhaps you mean the HyperMANUAL program, as found on the PZ-1 and PZ- 1p. (Hyper Program, mentioned by others, is pretty much "shiftable program", which I believe is not unique.) In Hyper Manual you can set the program exposure with the push of a single (IF) button without *leaving* Manual mode. It is also, effectively, an autoexposure memory lock with no time limit as well as the fastest way I know of to get from full manual to full program- autoexposure.
