Hi Chris. I have the Epson 2450 scanner and have started to do my own B&W home developing as of last fall. I have scanned some of them with the 2450 and all things considered, the scanner does a decent job. All of the pictures here are from negs on the 2450. http://www.usefilm.com/browse.php?mode=port&data=12823 I find that using a paper like Ilfords Classic Pearl makes a more "realistic" print than the Canon Photo Paper Pro.Its just to glossy for my tastes(but makes a nice colour print.) Brother Dave( :-) I can say that now)
