Both the  same product. No distinction.

Both are. We just enjoy pointing out regional and country differences in spelling.
I get a kick out of the Aussies and the Brits with their 4x2s and 6x4s
and 14x11s, when I know they really mean 2x4s, etc...
I don't know why we USians spell it the other way around. We just do!  <g>
