As you've no doubt discovered in a later post, Tom, I'm a Marylander; I
just work in "The Commonwealth." Since Poolesville is but 10 kilometers
from White's Ferry, I ride the ferry to Leesburg, then drive on to Herndon,
for my relaxing 58-minute commute. It beats risking life and limb on the
beltway.
