I hate going by just what I've read but it's all I have. I trust that
the *ist D's AF will beat the socks off the Canon 10D. I'm going to own
an *ist D.  That's my bottom line. If I could afford it, I'd buy an EOS
1Ds but it's out of my price range.  If I was still making a living
entirely with a camera, I'd already have the 1Ds but I just shoot a job
now and then, so price is a big consideration.
