When Pal's broke he did mail me some pics of the inards of the MZS taken by
the techie. I'll try and find them, or perhaps he still has them. Quite a
bit is metal though. I have to say that I've never seriously damaged a
Pentax camera or any other one for that matter. The other ones were a Z70, a
Z1p,aMZ10,  a Nikon F4s, FM, K1000, and a Nikon 801 (not sure of that
number) and a 2 different Minolta's that I never liked from the off go. I've
played with some cannons but not and Eos 1. All in all they survived me and
they all still working. I use my MZS everyday and the only thing that got
FUBAR'ed was the grid screen when I scrapped it while putting it in. I'm not
directing my comments to anyone in particular BTW.
