I know that there's a hood available for the 80-320 lens and its part number (38701) but I can't find anywhere stocking it. I don't want to be ordering it from Pentax as I need it before the end of August (I've had a replacement eyecup for the MZ-S on order since March!)
Anyone seen one of the real ones to give me the dimensions? Anyone with one of these lenses using a hood? If so which make?

I use a Pentax plastic clip-on hood made for the old K series lenses 85-210 mm. 4.5, 135 mm. 2.5 and 200 mm. 4.0
In my view, it is much better than the one Pentax recommends for the 80-320 mm.
It is relatively easy to see one for sale in Ebay.
