Hi, Mard, HAR!
That reminds me: Remember around 20 or so years ago, when Band-Aid started all those "We're Rock Stars Who Care, So We'll Donate an Hour of Our Time to Save the Starving of Sub-Saharan Africa" things? We had our very own Canadian one (can't remember what it was called - something schmalzy like Northern Lights - not important). David Foster wrote, produced and played keyboards and stuff. The ensuing TV "documentary" of the "event" showed Foster, asking Neil Young to re-do his little vocal solo several times. Finally, Foster said to Young, "You're a little flat there, Neil". Young replied, "Hey man, that's my sound". <vbg> cheers, frank ps: I like your reference to Eric the fish... <vbg> -f Mark Roberts wrote: > > Hey, I paid a lot of money for that special Cokin "fuzzy-yellow" filter! > > -- > "I want to buy a license for my pet fish, Eric." > -The customer in Monty Python's Fish License sketch -- "What a senseless waste of human life" -The Customer in Monty Python's Cheese Shop sketch
