You'll need

- tank
- reels (should come with the tank, I like Jobo)
- changing bag (If you don't have a *really* dark place to load)
- bottles (I use gatorade bottles)
- a tub to use as a tempering bath
- a thermometer
- scissors
- a measuring cup or 2
- digital watch or clock with second hand
- somewhere and something to hang the film (I use plastic laundry
clips in the bathroom)
- negative sleeves
- chemicals

A film extractor is helpful. So is this link to the massive dev chart:
