I think Tonghang meant to say lion dance, but the lions and dragons typically dance together. Think of the Chinese New Year celebrations in Chinatown.
I wonder if whoever printed the characters made the mistake, rather than the ad copy guys.
I think the copy was meant to convey the idea that "we're so happy now that we can splurge on a brand new BMW 7-series [or make lots of money from selling them], we don't know whether to celebrate by breaking out the dancing lions or launch some fireworks."
