UPS Standard Service.
But the brokerage fee is included in UPS Express/Express Plus/Expedited.
So it would work out cheaper in going for the more expensive shipment
option! And when you have the tracking number, you can call them for
prepayment to avoid the disbursement fee.

So avoid UPS Standard Service at all cost. Go with Fedex or UPS
Express/Expedited.
US Postal Service has flat $5 brokerage fee - but there is no shipment
tracking; and some may not include insurance. And this can be a concern
for expensive items.
