Sid,

Go with whatever camera you use the most and feel the most comfortable
with.  I use a P67II with primes for almost all my wedding work
without any problem.  Comfort and familiarity are the most important
things to not screw up the shoot.  What you don't want to do is be
constantly thinking about the equipment and how to operate it.
