Sid; I presume the 35-105 is not a constant aperture zoom? If it isn't, then your backgrounds will be all over the place exposure wise as you zoom the lens back and forth, if you are using flash. This may not bother you, but for me it precludes the use of variable aperture zoom lenses with flash. I also don't like changing lenses overmuch at weddings, since invariably it is something done in a hurry, and the chance of jamming a lens or dropping it increases. If I recall, the PZ1 is a noisy beast. This can be a distraction for the wedding itself, as the motor drive happily grinds away and the AF motor whines back and forth. These two sounds seem to be picked up quite loudly by video camera microphones. A wedding I was in had the church portion of the video pretty much ruined by the noise of the officious photographer's Maxxum 9 and it's Massey Harris motor drive. For myself, I always had the best results from a lowly 50mm lens on a manual focus camera for just about everything except the portraits.
