To me, that sounds like a *definition* of a fad! Digital *is* a fad, except for those professionals (and some advanced amateurs) who need the workflow advantages of digital. Digital is here to stay, but right now, in the consumer market the *ist D is squarely aimed at, it's as much of a fad as any that ever existed in photography. I'm with Graywolf here. ;-) John
