Try again; at this price, they sometimes run out. Perhaps they didn't want
to reply until they had a clear idea when a new shipment would arrive.
Yep, mine came with a case, Russian-language instructions, a
Russian-langugage quality-assurance "passed" checklist, and all 4 filters,
individually wrapped.
