1. Why? Wide DA lenses are necessary IMO for *istD. Full frame cameras don't really need 16-45mm zooms. 2. Not really; you can use all the full-frame lenses on the *istD. And I guess that, in this case, you will need only wide angle DA lenses? 3. Why? because they finally can buy a Pentax DSLR with a "normal" (eq. 135) lens?
