Re: ist-D preview and DA 16-45mm F4 digital lens

Looks and sounds pretty good, and what I like about the new lens is the 
coverage from 24 - 70, and it takes the same filter size as my FA* 
series glass (67mm). No new polarizers required. And my 28 - 70 2.8 
will kick in nicely above this. And I can't wait to see images from the 
85mm f=1.4!

Quick preview - is this equivalent to what is on other dslr's, or is 
this new?
