Update -- exchanged SMC-FA 35mm f/2 from B&H

I finally got the replacement lens, and this one was assembled 
correctly so that the tulip hood is properly oriented on the lens 
when mounted.

When I called B&H to check on the exchange, I asked if they had 
checked out the replacement lens to make sure this wasn't a problem 
that was on perhaps a number of lenses in the same batch. I was told 
the people in the warehouse just ship the stuff out and don't open 
merchandise to check on anything, so I was waiting to see if the same 
thing would happen again ... I bet if the second lens had been 
faulty, someone would have checked to see if the rest had the same 
problem, or else I may have given up at that point.

The FA 35mm f/2 does have a slightly larger manual focus ring on its 
end, and a better manual focus feel, than the other FA primes I have 
(50/1.4 and 28/2.8).
