Very often, especially in a case such as mine, the guarantee is a kind of spoken agreement between customer and service provider. For instance. I was talking about bad shutter even before I gave them the camera. Now the camera is cleaner, somewhat tighter, and the foam is replaced. They will claim that they did not touch the shutter. Since most probably shutter has a problem they would be happy to take it in again and try to fix it. For charge of course. Anyway, I must figure out a way to replace it somehow... I think... Boris
