Good move. I snagged one on Ebay for about $60 in almost mint condition. They go for about $180 at KEH in really good condition. Built like a tank. Fast AF on PZ1p. Optically superb. Couple it with an SMC F 28-80 f3.5-4.5 and you've got an amazing bit of AF kit.
Two shortcomings: 1) Sloppy MF feel.
2) Filter ring rotates making use of a circular
polarizer challenging.
Go to Stan Halpin's website and read about it. Seems to be one of Pentax's
better efforts in this range.
