I use my MZ-S with the FA50 1.4 or the 645 with the 75 2.8. (yes I'm a fan of normal lenses, and I'll probably pick up a 45 for the 645 at some point.). I take the 645 when I can use a tripod or when I have time to dawdle on one image. I use the MZ-S for walking around or for when I need telephoto. I also have an MX that I use for fun, i.e., I like shooting with it even though it offers no advantages over the MZ-S.
