Judging from this picture:

I would say that Pentax is definitely planning and/or building a full 
frame DSLR and/or FSLR based on the same *ist-D chassis. Look at the 
gaping hole that the current mirror is in; it is hard to tell, but I 
would say that that is enough room in there for a full frame sensor or 
35mm film. I think this small sensor thing is a temporary blip in the 
camera landscape.
