There'll be a fence, but it depends on how big the holes in the fence are. Tire marbles won't even notice a chain link fence as they go through the holes. :-) I've never been to a race at Richmond, but I've been boinged by marbles at Charlotte and Atlanta. My rule of thumb is to stay above row 20 if my seat is in a corner.
