Unless, of course, they break out the jet-dryer to blow off the track. Imagine a jet engine on a trailer blowing it's exhaust and all the partuculate matter from the track into your face from oh-say fifteen to fifty feet away. Safe to say if you see that coming your way you should put the cameras in their bags... I've sat in the front row and used a P&S to get pretty good panned shots of the cars speeding by Fence not withstanding.
