Hi,
I did this and it worked fine, they debited the $1 off my visa, but then
credited it to my paypal account, so i used the $1 on my first transaction.
If they $1 shows up on your visa then code should its just a part of the
paypal name on the visa card statement.
I also had a problem with my visa not working for a while and i called them
on the telephone and i found the staff to be very very helpful.

Free? Theres a catch. I signed up in january. It cost $1. You're supposed to
get a random four digit code with the charge on your credit card. They never
did. I called my bank; no code. No code on the invoince from the bank. I've
send them several e-mails but they never reply. So it seems like a scam. You
get thousands of peoples credit card number and charge all of them $1. Very
few are going to complain about this kind of money but in total it sums up
thousands of dollars. I'm still worried that they have my credid card
number. I'm considering contacting Visa.
