You're right. I was forced, against my will, judgement, and advice, to implement serious, large scale, multiuser applications using the Jet DB at various employers over the years. And I have paid dearly for not quitting those jobs on the spot. I've been exposed to every version of the Jet engine, and, based on its performance over the long haul, I've not exactly been impressed. Personally, even the stuff I do at home that requires more than a spreadsheet is bigger than I'd trust to the Jet engine. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
