Frank's post about his family snapshots with the MX made me think about my taking out the MX the other night By the way, I really enjoyed the images he posted.
I went out to a jazz festival, small by most standards since it is held here, and was carrying my MZ-S and MX. The former had the color slide film with the MX loaded with 400 b/w print film. I had a lot of problem seeing the exposure indications of the MX. Is this normal? I was longing for one of my LXen and its clear metering indications. The MX is definitely more quiet though. The MX recently went through a CLA and is spot on for shutter speeds. I have used it up to now with an external meter and no batteries. Looking more and more like the LX is really for me, not giving up the MX though, C�sar Panama City, Florida
