I have a third theory. You catch colds from other people right? But when they see you in your hat (especially the Nepalese one!) they go "Uh-oh, weirdo" and steer a wide berth. Ergo, no colds :-) Chris (actually I have a wide-brimmed 'Indy' type hat myself)
