There are no <BODY> tags present on this page

If an opening body tag <BODY> is placed immediately after your <HTML>
tag and a closing body tag (</BODY>) is placed immediately before the
closing HTML tag then I think all should be fine as there is nothing
complex on the page.

However there are also unclosed <P> paragrapgh tags which might muck
things up - "<P> a paragraph should be formatted like this.</P>"
