With the aps factor I think 100 will be too long
and far less useful than the 50. 50 seems like
it would be nearly ideal...

Cant you just use manual settings with M lenses
or does the camera have no lever to stop down
the lens during exposure?

I sure would like a clarification of what
exactly it can and cannot do with K, M,
and adapted screwmount lenses....

Haven't tried it yet, won't get to with a 50mm macro, mine is the M lens.
However, I do have a jolly nice A100mm macro lens that is begging for some
use.
