Thanks for commenting Lon (and also John, thanks). The Tak is a lovely little lens - so small! A real pleasure to use. I'm excited at the prospect of using the K50 1.2 and will report back when it's operational. Actually I wasn't totally please with the pic - those sorts of shots aren't my cup of tea. I normally like to see the eyes, even if it's only a glimpse of a bit of white. I decided on mono as it was indoors in ambient tungsten lighting and I think that always favours black and white. Poor Jostein - he was shocked when I told him that I was planning to stick his mug in the PUG. He will extract his revenge accordingly, I'm certain. Thanks.
