I can't comment on the legality of it, but the price of $2199 could be around or below their cost, so they'll likely just refuse to sell it to people for that price. I used to think that stuff like that was done deliberately to attract people into the store. Now that I've worked for a camera store for a while, I understand how quickly some of these flyers are thrown together and how poor the proofreading is. Doesn't excuse it, but that's how it is.
