[snip] Rob, promise me you'll do one little test: 1. Take a RAW shot of a nice landscape. 2. Now switch to large/fine jpeg mode and take another shot of same. 3. Extract RAW shot later on computer, have it open in one window. 4. Open the jpeg shot of same in another window. 5. Zoom in on both so you're looking at the same group of pixels - compare. 6. Print out the RAW shot and then print out the jpeg - compare. I will bet that you decide to shoot L/F jpeg for most, if not all of your photography. Try it. I would be more than interested in your conclusion either way.
