The Pentax Stereo Adapter (I doubt they made these after the death of the Spotmatic, but one still sees them the odd time on eBay or in pawn shops) fits onto any lens with a 49mm filter ring, I think.
I don't see why it couldn't fit onto a digital lens, with an step up or step down filter ring adapter.
That would be an interesting project now, wouldn't it?

Just think of it! Digital grabs in stereo. A couple of Starkist D's and a bit of duct tape ought to do it...
