For stereo slide mounting, I don't know. For printing
stereo pairs, any lab can do it just like any other print
film (though you might have some cut-and-paste left to do).
I've forwarded your message to my friend who occasionally
gets lenticular prints, to ask whether that lab is handling
new orders again.
