Dr. Williams would be better at answering this, I am sure......
I am pretty sure that the diameter of microscope tubes is standardized, so
all you would need is a microscope adaptor that you can attach to the
camera. Either the microscope adaptor K, or the screw mount microscope
adaptor with an M42 to K mount adaptor should do it.
The microscope eyepiece drops into the adaptor, and then the adaptor is
mounted to the camera, and then the entire rig goes onto the microscope.
At least thats how I do it.
