All you need is Pentax Microscope Adapter K, and you can mount your camera directly on microscope. Well at least it is listed in Pentax close-up system in Japanese catalogue: http://www.pentax.co.jp/japan/product/catalog/pdf/35_accessories.pdf I hope it is possible to order it somewhere?
