Noisier I would assume. If they are going to increase the number of pixels, they should increase the sensor size along with it. Thats one of the reasons I lust after a 10Mpixel full frame sensor but the cost is out of reach by far at this point....

All of the sample photographs released so far have been pretty terrible though.
