It's quite possible that she is happy with her weight. It's also possible that she is *not* happy about it, and would much rather not be singled out because of it. It is also possible that she feels she is an interesting person in her own right, and would like to be considered as that, not as some kind of freak show entry. Unless we know which it is, it's at the very least impolite to put her image on public display - an activity which has been likened to sticking your head out of the door and yelling "Hey, folks! Come look at the fat woman!"
