...which doesn't include me. I complain about Pentax overexposure
because Pentax's program metering often overexposes.
In the article mentioned, Peter Burian complained about it twice. The
first time was about a shot on Gold 200.
I use center-weighted most of the time for landscapes and architecture.
I find it nearly always hits the mark on slide film. For some images I
will spot meter. I understand that some people use the spot meter a lot,
but I don't find it necessary that often for the kind of shooting I do.
