Hi Pat. Basically you underexposed 1 stop. There have been many *Heated* debates on whether C-41 can actually be pushed. The common *trick* is to either raise the developer temp 1°C or extend the processing time slightly. The former is the more common with minilab equipment. Most labs will give you that blank stare when you request that, few labs will do it. 1 stop is probably within the latitude of the film, so unless you have a lot of shadow area that you need detail in you might be better just processing normally.
