Speaking of Chinese, I heard a good proverb last week:
"The man who waits for roast duck to fly into his mouth
waits a very long time"
I thought that one was kinda cute....

I think another reason that the name "Peking-duck" was called because most
Chinese restaurants are opened and operated by Chinese people from Canton
which is the very southern part of China. In China, we have different kinds
of Chinese restaurants which are designated by the regions.
